1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and zd22 ("zd22", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at zd22.my. 2 Eligibility and Age Restriction
To register and maintain an account on zd22, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. zd22 is strictly an 18+ platform. Persons under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering, depositing, playing, or in any other way using the platform.
- You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or syndicate.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any such person of zd22 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processor partners.
- You must not hold more than one active account on the zd22 platform. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.

zd22 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address from any player at any time. This may include government-issued photo identification (national ID card, passport, driving licence), recent utility bills or bank statements as proof of address, and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits.
18+ Only. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. Any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all winnings forfeited, and the original deposited amount returned to the source payment method. zd22 cooperates fully with any lawful authority investigation into underage gambling.
3 Account Registration and Security
To access the full range of products available on zd22, you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including a valid email address, a unique username, and a password of your choosing. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point remains accurate. zd22 is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party for any reason. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is presumed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact our support team immediately and change your password.
zd22 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for an additional layer of security. Activation of 2FA is available through the account security settings dashboard at no charge.
As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, zd22 may require players to verify their identity before processing any withdrawal. The KYC process may request documents such as a government-issued photo ID, proof of address dated within 90 days, and proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit. zd22 reserves the right to pause withdrawal processing until the KYC process is satisfactorily completed.
Each individual player may hold only one zd22 account. If duplicate accounts are identified, zd22 reserves the right to close all but the original account, merge balances at its discretion, and void any bonuses obtained through duplicate registrations.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
zd22 supports a range of payment methods suited to the Bangladeshi market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank transfers. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Specific minimum and maximum transaction limits for each payment method are displayed in the cashier section of the platform following login.
Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to the player account within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Deposits made via bank transfer may take up to one business day to reflect in the player account, subject to the processing times of the originating bank.
Withdrawal requests are subject to a review period. Standard withdrawals are processed within the following indicative timeframes:
- bKash / Nagad: Typically under 30 minutes after approval, subject to provider processing times.
- Rocket / Upay: Typically 1–3 hours after approval.
- Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days after approval, subject to recipient bank processing.
These timeframes are indicative only and may be extended in circumstances including (but not limited to): pending KYC verification, active bonus wagering requirements, fraud investigation, or maintenance of the payment provider's systems. zd22 will endeavour to communicate any delay to the affected player via their registered contact email or the platform's internal messaging system.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used by the player to make their most recent qualifying deposit, to the extent that this is technically supported by the payment provider. Where the same-method return is not possible, the player will be asked to provide an alternative verified payment method. zd22 does not facilitate withdrawals to payment methods that have not been used by the player for a deposit and that have not passed verification.
zd22 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, the player's payment provider or bank may apply their own charges independently of zd22. Players are advised to review their payment provider's fee schedule.
Funds deposited into your zd22 account are held separately and are not used for operational expenses. Player balances are maintained as ring-fenced funds, providing an additional layer of financial protection.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
zd22 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms applicable to that bonus, including any wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, maximum bet restrictions, and maximum withdrawal caps.
General bonus principles applicable to all zd22 promotions:
- Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the promotional offer. Expired bonuses will be removed from the player account without compensation.
- Wagering requirements must be met using eligible games, as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed on excluded games will not count towards wagering requirements.
- Maximum bet restrictions apply while a bonus is active. Placing bets that exceed the maximum bonus bet limit may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
- Bonuses are not transferable between player accounts and may not be exchanged for cash unless specific cashback or cash bonus terms explicitly permit this.
- zd22 reserves the right to withhold or reverse a bonus, or any winnings derived from a bonus, if evidence of bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim a single offer, collusion with other players to exploit bonus conditions, and irregular play patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
- Withdrawals of a deposit that is subject to an active bonus may result in the forfeiture of that bonus and any associated winnings, depending on the specific bonus terms.
zd22 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or replace any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any change does not retroactively affect a bonus that has already been validly claimed and is currently being actively wagered.
6 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player on zd22, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
- Registering more than one account per individual, household, IP address, or device.
- Using any software, script, bot, algorithm, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage in any game or to manipulate any part of the platform, including but not limited to: auto-betting scripts, odds scrapers, and game-manipulation tools.
- Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law.
- Charging back, reversing, or disputing any payment made to zd22 in bad faith or after receiving services or winnings in respect of that payment.
- Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability in the platform's systems. Any player who identifies a bug is required to notify zd22 immediately and must not exploit it for financial gain.
- Colluding with other players to defraud zd22 or other players, including in live casino or table game environments.
- Allowing any third party to use your zd22 account, or using any third party's zd22 account, regardless of whether you have their permission to do so.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing any member of the zd22 support team or other players in any communications channel.
zd22 uses automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, zd22 reserves the right to freeze the player's account, suspend access to funds, and conduct an investigation before communicating its findings to the player.
7 Intellectual Property
All content available on the zd22 platform — including but not limited to: software, source code, game engines, graphics, logos, brand marks, text, audio, video, animations, layouts, and database structures — is the exclusive intellectual property of zd22 or its licensed content partners, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the zd22 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights in any content on the platform. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the zd22 platform without prior written consent from zd22.
Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Play'n GO is licensed to zd22 for distribution on the platform. All intellectual property rights in such content remain with the respective studios. The presence of third-party game content on zd22 does not constitute an endorsement of zd22 by those studios, nor does it grant any rights to players beyond the limited use licence described above.
8 Limitation of Liability
zd22 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the platform is available, reliable, and free from errors at all times. However, access to the platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. zd22 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zd22 shall not be liable to any player or third party for any of the following, whether arising from contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise:
- Loss of funds caused by the player's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials.
- Losses resulting from temporary or permanent unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, DDoS attacks, or force majeure events.
- Losses resulting from errors or delays in payment provider processing that are outside zd22's control.
- Consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive, or special damages of any nature.

9 Responsible Gaming

- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit into your account. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before they become active.
- Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period. Loss limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.

10 Account Suspension and Termination
zd22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms or any specific bonus or promotional terms.
- Provision of false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any point during the account's lifecycle.
- Evidence of, or reasonable grounds to suspect, money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period as requested by zd22.
- Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
- Discovery that the account holder is subject to a self-exclusion order applicable to the zd22 platform.
- Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at zd22 staff or other players.
- At the request of a lawful authority or as required by applicable law.
Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, zd22 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account where that balance is reasonably attributable to the conduct that gave rise to the termination. Where the termination is not due to player fault — for example, where zd22 discontinues a service or exercises its general right to close an account — any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method.

11 Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which zd22 is registered as an entity.
In the event of a dispute between you and zd22, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts applicable to zd22's registered jurisdiction.
zd22's decision in respect of any game outcome is final. Where a player disputes the outcome of a game or bet, zd22 will review the relevant server logs and game records. If a technical error is confirmed that materially affected the outcome, zd22 will, at its discretion, either void the relevant bet and return the stake, or honour the outcome that would have been achieved absent the technical error.

12 Amendments to These Terms
zd22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes by posting a notice on the platform's homepage or by sending a notification to the player's registered email address at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.
Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, and updates required by applicable law — may be made at any time without prior notice.
Your continued use of the zd22 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform before the effective date and contact our support team to close your account and arrange the return of any verified balance.
The version of these Terms currently published on zd22.my supersedes all previous versions. In the event of any inconsistency between a cached or downloaded version and the currently published version, the currently published version shall prevail.
